Chiropractic

Chiropractic has been demonstrated to be effective for treatment various conditions involving bones, joints, and soft tissues including but not limited to headaches, neck pain, back pain, leg pain/sciatica, hip pain, tension, discomfort and more. Dr. Allison Bernardi will perform a thorough history and physical exam in order to determine the best course of treatment for each individual patient.


Massage Therapy

A massage therapist treats patients by using touch and pressure to manipulate the soft-tissue muscles of the body. Massage Therapy will relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and aid in your general wellness.

the mind and body. An Acupuncturist will aim to identify and treat symptoms and the root of
symptoms.
Acupuncture includes the use of very fine needles inserted into the skin at specific acupoints
along the meridians. Acupuncture needles are very thin, sterile, stainless steel and are single
use only.
Each acupoint regulates specific functions in the body. Acupuncture needles inserted at specific
acupoints, initiates the body’s natural healing process and to restore balance in the body.

After obtaining a Forest Technologist Diploma, she worked throughout rural communities in NB for 22 years. Haylee is originally from Manitoba and moved to the east coast in 2012. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in biology and psychology, while playing varsity hockey for Saint Mary’s University. Haylee went on to complete her Master’s of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie.

Haylee has gained many skills working at the Cumberland Regional health care centre and excels at working with a wide variety of clients. She has also taken courses on communication for chronic pain and shoulder rehabilitation.

Her approach to rehabilitation is exercise and education focused, with supplemental manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and modalities. Her treatment is hands on, individualized and empowers clients to take an active approach to get back to what they love.

Kimberley returned to live in Sackville, with her family, after being hired by Cumberland Mental Health Services in Amherst, NS Kimberley has been practicing in Mental Health and Addictions for 25 years. Kimberley works with children, teens, families, caregivers and adults who experience a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns and adjustment issues.
